Casas Place

Casa Place was an extensive remodel project. These out-of-town clients entrusted Sanctuary Custom Homes to breathe new life into their dated Tucson home. After an initial demolition down to the frame, we added wood beams and an additional four feet of space to the height of the ceiling. Custom iron entry doors now welcome you to this haven, along with new flooring. In the kitchen, a red dragon granite island contrasted by a slate slab perimeter replaced all the cabinets and countertops. We also renovated all cabinets, countertops, and showers in the bathrooms. Additionally, all the small sliding glass doors were removed and replaced with grand wood doors that welcome the desert landscape and lead you onto an expanded covered patio. As a model Sanctuary Custom renovation, this home is the epitome of the saying “mi casa, su casa.”
