Bowcreek Springs Place presents a modern twist on the traditional southwest hacienda, featuring clean lines and a contemporary feel. Designed by the homeowner, an architect from Orange County, California, this unique U-shaped home includes a central courtyard with pocketing multi-slide doors and exterior breezeways of exposed, scored concrete. Two separate wings connect through a covered, heated patio, protected by sliding barn doors. The home prioritizes design, offering features like a circular master shower with a custom 60-inch dome skylight, an Encantada lap pool, and large windows capturing views of the Tortolita Mountains. This project showcases the harmonious blend of comfort and style, and we are honored to have a part in bringing the architect homeowner’s vision to life.

This unique design, featuring clean lines and a contemporary feel, was dreamt up and brought to life by its homeowner, an architect from Orange County, California, and is far from ordinary. The U-shaped house includes a large, central courtyard that embraces pocketing multi-slide doors and exterior breezeways of exposed, scored concrete. Two separate wings connect with a covered, heated patio protected by stately sliding barn doors. With design as our top priority, every last detail for comfortable living was considered in this project, from a circular master shower with a custom 60-inch dome skylight, to the Encantada lap pool, to the store windows that capture the mesmerizing Tortolita Mountain views.
